NA XAMAN IK in the fishing village of Chuburna Puerto

Na Xaman Ik is a private guest home with several rental units.

Rooms for rent include: 

The Aqua Room with a double bed and shared bath located in the main house

The Orange Room with a king size bed and private bath, also located in the main house

The Casita, a bungalow with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, king size bed and large private bathroom.  This unit has sliding glass doors opening onto a large covered patio overlooking the pool.

The Vista, a second floor one bedroom suite with queensize bed, private bathroom and views of the Gulf and the lagoon, covered patios and access to the third floor observation/sun deck.

Na Xaman Ik is a totally walled-in property for security and privacy.  There is secure, off-street parking.  The pool is 30 X 15 feet and 4 feet deep for swimming and cooling off.  This property is a short 200 meter walk on a sandy road to the beach.  Our beach is a great spot for collecting shells, taking a dip and just exploring!  We have bicycles available for the short ride into the village to pick up the daily paper or stop at a fish restaurant.  There is also a full-size washing machine in the bodega for guests' use.  All guests have access to the pool and third floor observation/sun deck for views of the Gulf and the lagoon.

Rates:

The Aquarium Room:  $200 USD per week (7 nights)  for 1-2 persons or $500 USD per month   (30 days) 1-2 persons

The Orange Room:  $250 USD per week (7 nights) for 1-2 persons or $600 USD per month (30 days) 1-2 persons

The Casita:  $300 USD per week (7 nights) or $1000 USD per month (30 days) for 1-2 persons

The Vista:  $300 USD per week (7 nights) or $800 USD per month (30 days) for 1-2 persons

Car rental is recommended but we will provide pick-up from the Merida Airport if requested. There are no nightly rentals available - only weekly and monthly.   We are sorry but we do not permit children under the age of 18 or pets!  There is no landline phone service or internet service in our immediate area.
